Custom tile work, walk-in shower conversions, modern vanities, Kerdi waterproofing systems, heated flooring, and ADA-compliant builds. We handle all plumbing relocation, ventilation upgrades, and DOB-required inspections. NYC bathroom remodels typically range from $15,000–$50,000.

Co-op and condo renovations including gut remodels, open floor plan conversions, built-in storage, and full system upgrades. We handle alteration agreements, board-required insurance certificates, building management coordination, and DOB permit filings. Most apartment renovations run $50,000–$200,000+.

Hardwood, porcelain and ceramic tile, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), engineered wood, and natural stone. We handle subfloor leveling, moisture testing, sound-dampening underlayment (required in most NYC apartments), and old floor removal. Hardwood refinishing also available. Interior and exterior painting, skim coating, plaster repair, wallpaper removal, cabinet refinishing, and decorative finishes. Full prep including spackling, sanding, priming, and caulking.
