Complete kitchen gut renovation including demolition of existing layout, new electrical circuits for appliances, plumbing relocation for island sink, custom cabinetry installation, quartz countertops, subway tile backsplash, and hardwood flooring restoration. Project completed in 6 weeks.

Bathroom Remodel — Custom Tile

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Full bathroom gut renovation including Kerdi waterproofing system, custom porcelain wall tile with accent border, new vanity and mirror, recessed medicine cabinet, LED lighting, and exhaust fan upgrade. All plumbing brought up to current NYC code.

Full home renovation framing and structural work NYC

Full Home Gut Renovation

Location: Queens, NY

Complete gut renovation of a two-story home — stripped to studs, new structural framing, electrical panel upgrade to 200 amps, full plumbing replacement, HVAC installation, insulation, drywall, and finishing throughout. DOB permits filed and all inspections passed.

Ceiling demolition and drywall installation NYC

Ceiling & Drywall Restoration

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Removed water-damaged ceiling, repaired structural joists, installed new drywall with Level 5 skim coat finish, and applied two coats of ceiling paint. Work included asbestos testing (pre-1978 building) and proper abatement procedures before demolition.

Full Apartment Painting

Location: Manhattan, NY

Complete interior painting of a 3-bedroom apartment — extensive wall prep including spackling, sanding, and skim coating of damaged plaster. Two coats of Benjamin Moore Regal Select throughout. Trim, doors, and window frames painted with semi-gloss. All furniture protected and floors covered.

Electrical wiring and structural framing NYC renovation

Electrical & Structural Framing

Location: Queens, NY

New wall framing for open-concept layout conversion, electrical rough-in for kitchen appliance circuits, dedicated 20-amp lines for bathroom, and new lighting circuits throughout. All work inspected and signed off by DOB electrical inspector.

Flooring Installation

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Removed old vinyl tile flooring, leveled subfloor with self-leveling compound, installed sound-dampening underlayment (required by building for upper-floor apartments), and laid engineered hardwood throughout living areas. Transition strips and baseboards installed and caulked for a finished look.

Basement renovation and finishing in NYC

Basement Build-Out

Location: Queens, NY

Transformed an unfinished basement into a fully livable space — waterproofing with French drain system, framing, insulation, electrical, HVAC ductwork extension, full bathroom with shower, and LVP flooring. Egress window installed per DOB requirements for habitable space designation.
